Kogi LG Polls: Comrade Abdullahi Adamu Casts Vote in Gbaude, Commends Peaceful Conduct

The Chairmanship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu, has expressed his satisfaction with the peaceful conduct of the Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission (KOSIEC) during the local government elections.

Adamu, who cast his vote at his Gbaude polling unit, praised the smooth running of the election and highlighted the positive impact of the people-oriented programs and policies introduced by the Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. He stated that these initiatives have laid the groundwork for the expected victory of the APC across the state.

While addressing journalists, the former Caretaker Chairman commended KOSIEC for ensuring a seamless and peaceful voting process throughout the state. He also applauded the large turnout of voters, particularly the strong support shown by APC supporters, who came out in large numbers to back the party’s candidates in appreciation of Governor Ododo’s leadership.

Comrade Adamu reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling the promises he made to the people of Lokoja Local Government if elected.
