Kogi NYCN publishes notice of by-election
The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State chapter has officially opened the space for the by-election into vacant offices after publishing the notice of election, in compliance with extant provisions of its constitution. The notice, which was published yesterday, contained the dates for the commencement of sales of forms, price of forms, screening, elections, and the places where the nomination papers would be delivered.
The statement signed by the secretary of the election committee, Bayo reads; Oladipo Sequel to the expulsion of Usman Ogohi Samuel as the Chairman NYCN and the impeachment of the Vice Chairman East and Program Manager of the NYCN; the Electoral Committee by this notice, invites eligible and qualify individuals interested in the above positions to purchase the form from the Kogi State Youth House. Sale of Form: 14th to 16th December, 2023.
Screening: 18th to 19th December, 2023.
Election: 21st December, 2023.
Cost of Form:
i. Chairman – N100,000
ii. Vice Chairman East: N50,000
iii. Program Manager: N40,000
