Kogi Poly Rector Congratulates APC Chairman, Abdullahi Bello on His Appointment »

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello (popularly known as “Dollar”), has been appointed Chairman of the Governing Board of the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI), Ilorin.

The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has extended warm congratulations to Alhaji Bello on behalf of the Academic Board, management, staff, and students of the institution. He described the appointment as well deserved, citing Bello’s track record as a seasoned mobiliser and party coordinator whose leadership has contributed significantly to the successes of the APC in Kogi State.

Professor Usman expressed confidence that Bello would bring his wealth of experience and expansive network to bear in repositioning the Institute as a centre of excellence for agricultural research and rural development in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Rector also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for recognizing Bello’s leadership qualities and entrusting him with the new national assignment.

“We pray for your successful tenure and ask God to grant you the health, strength, and protection needed to excel in your new role,” the Rector stated.
