Kogi Poly Rector Felicitates Deputy Governor Joel Salifu Oyibo on Birthday
The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo.
In a message conveyed on behalf of the Management, Academic Board, staff, and students of the institution, Prof. Usman described the Deputy Governor as a symbol of humility, dedication, and principled leadership.
“Your life and service have continued to inspire admiration. Your calm yet resolute leadership style, as well as your loyalty to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, have been vital to the success of the administration’s Continuity and Consolidation Agenda,” the Rector stated.
He lauded the Deputy Governor’s steadfast contributions to the peace, progress, and development of Kogi State, affirming the Polytechnic’s pride in associating with his legacy of commitment and diligence.
Prof. Usman prayed for continued divine guidance, wisdom, sound health, and strength for the celebrant, expressing confidence in his continued support for the growth and advancement of the state.
