Kogi SSG, Dr. Folashade Ayoade, Endorses GOOS-Care Initiative
The Secretary to the Kogi State Government, Dr. (Mrs) Folashade Arike Ayoade, has officially endorsed the Governor Ododo’s Orphan Students Care (GOOS-Care) initiative, describing it as a commendable effort towards improving the welfare and education of orphaned and indigent students in the state.
In a statement, Dr. Ayoade lauded the initiative, which is spearheaded by the Kogi State Forum of Local Government Special Assistants, for its commitment to providing access to quality education for vulnerable children. She noted that the project aligns with the current administration’s vision of ensuring inclusive education, regardless of socio-economic status.
“The GOOS-Care initiative is a laudable project that demonstrates a genuine commitment to the future of our children. I commend the Forum for their dedication and for taking such a proactive step in supporting the less privileged,” she stated.
