Kogi Youth and Sports Commissioner Celebrates Engr. Mohammed Farouk on Birthday
The Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Aridaojo Monday Anyebe, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources, Mohammed Farouk, describing him as a committed public servant whose contributions to water infrastructure development continue to impact communities across the state.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists in Lokoja, Honourable Anyebe praised Engr. Farouk for his dedication to duty, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration.
He noted that the Water Resources Ministry under Engr. Farouk’s leadership has remained focused on improving access to potable water, rehabilitating moribund facilities, and supporting sustainable water supply initiatives in both urban and rural areas of Kogi State.
The Youth and Sports Commissioner described the celebrant as a team player and visionary administrator whose engineering expertise has strengthened service delivery in the state’s water sector.
“Your passion for excellence and your steadfast commitment to the development of Kogi State are truly commendable. As you celebrate another year today, we pray for renewed strength, sound health, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead,” Anyebe stated.
He further expressed confidence that Engr. Farouk would continue to support youth-focused initiatives, especially in areas where access to water infrastructure enhances sports development and community engagement.
