KSCOET Mopa Shines at 3rd International Research and Development Conference in Kampala, Uganda

The Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, has once again demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence and innovation as it participated in the 3rd International Research and Development Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Capacity Building, and Global Sustainability (IRDeC-2025).

The prestigious event, held at Kampala International University, Kampala, Uganda, commenced on Monday, 13th October 2025, and concluded on Friday, 17th October 2025.

The IRDeC-2025 served as a premier global platform for scholars, scientists, industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to engage in high-impact discussions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable development. Participants shared knowledge and strategies aimed at driving innovation-led growth and global collaboration.

The Deputy Provost of the College, Mrs. Are Falilat Tinuola, led the College’s delegation to the international conference.

The team’s participation aligns with the vision of the Provost, Dr. M.K. Ibrahim, and his ongoing efforts toward developing the College’s Entrepreneurship Centre, designed to foster creativity, self-reliance, and global competitiveness among students and staff.

Through its active involvement at IRDeC-2025, the College reaffirmed its dedication to building capacity, promoting innovation, and strengthening global partnerships in pursuit of academic and institutional excellence.
