As an accomplished multidisciplinary professionals with over two decades of distinguished experience across the chemical, textile, automobile, defense, logistics, and public-private partnership sectors. His father, Col. J.E.J. Idachaba (Rtd.) was widely respected as a “no-nonsense” military officer. He served in several critical command positions, including as Brigade Commander, 1 Infantry Brigade, Minna, Niger State (1984–1985) a position regarded in that era as the equivalent of a Deputy Governor’s administrative weight due to the political structure under military rule.
