NYCN Deputy Chairman Osiako Hails Gov Ododo for Donating Transformers to Ogori-Magongo Communities

The Deputy Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State Chapter, Comrade Sunday Osiako has applauded Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for the recent provision of three brand new transformers to Okesi, Oshobane, and Aiyeromi wards in Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area.
In a statement issued in Lokoja on Tuesday, Osiako described the gesture as a clear demonstration of Governor Ododo’s commitment to equitable development and his dedication to improving the welfare of all Kogites.
Osiakor who is from Ogori-Magongo LGA noted that the timely approval and delivery of the transformers would greatly enhance electricity supply in the benefiting communities, stimulate local economic activities, and improve the quality of life for residents.
“Governor Ododo has once again shown that he is a listening and compassionate leader who places the needs of the people at the forefront,” Comrade Osiako said. “This intervention will not only power businesses and homes but also strengthen security and social life in these wards.”
The NYCN Deputy Chairman also commended Hon. Charity Ijese, Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth and Women Mobilization, for her tireless advocacy on behalf of her constituents. Osiako praised her for ensuring the request was successfully brought to the Governor’s attention and for her commitment to grassroots development.
In addition, the youth leader extended appreciation to the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alhaji Ali Bello, for his consistent support and role in facilitating developmental projects across the state.
Comrade Osiako reaffirmed the NYCN’s commitment to supporting Governor Ododo’s administration and pledged the readiness of Kogi youths to partner with the government in advancing sustainable development and prosperity across the state.
