The National Youth Council of (NYCN), Kogi West Chapter, has congratulated Professor Gbenga Ibileye on his appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja.

In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the council, the Vice Chairman of NYCN Kogi West, Comrade Adeyemi Emmanuel Gbenga (Skipo), described the appointment as a testament to Professor Ibileye’s dedication, academic excellence, and proven leadership capacity.
