NYCN Kogi West Honours Asubiojo Success As Face of Kogi West Youths
The leadership of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi West Forum ably led by Comrade Eniola Olayemi the NYCN Vice Chairman Kogi West has honoured one of Kogi West prominent youths, Hon. Asubiojo Success Fela, the Supervisory Councilor on Agriculture to the chairman of Ijumu local government area. who has distinguished himself and taken service to humanity as his priority.
The award was presented to him today in recognition of his outstanding performance in the areas of youth empowerment and support for the Widows.
presenting the award, the NYCN Vice Chairman (Kogi West), Comrade, Eniola Olayemi praised the recipient for his humanitarian services to youths and widows alike. He said the council was proud of his numerous contributions to youth development, hence the recognition.
The State Secretary of the NYCN, Comrade Umar Danassabe in his speech admonished him to continue to do more for humanity as the award is not meant to tell him he has done enough but to encourage him to do more.
Reacting after the presentation of the award, Hon. Asubiojo Success Fela expressed gratitude to the Kogi West NYCN for finding him worthy of the recognition. He promised to continue to do more for humanity, adding that he believes the award is meant to charge him to do more.
He also dedicated the award to his leader and boss Alhaji Taofiq Isa, the Chairman of Ijumu LGA and also appreciated Governor Yahaya Bello for giving youths the privilege to serve as political offices holders in various capacity to add more volume to the voice of the youths of Kogi State .
