NYCN Okene Chapter Commends Gov Ododo on Security Initiatives in Kogi Central

The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Okene Chapter, has commended the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his proactive measures in maintaining security, particularly in Kogi Central Senatorial District.
In a statement issued by the Chairman of NYCN Okene Chapter, Comrade Abdulmumin Umar, the council lauded the state government’s recent security directives, emphasizing their importance in preventing potential unrest in the region. The council acknowledged the government’s commitment to safeguarding lives and property, describing the measures as necessary precautions to sustain peace and stability.
Comrade Umar urged youths and the general public to adhere to government directives, especially on security matters, to ensure continued peace in Kogi State. He further encouraged the state government to remain steadfast in its commitment to security as a top priority in governance.
“We appreciate Governor Ododo for his dedication to good governance and his efforts in building a modern Kogi State. Security is the foundation of development, and we stand in full support of initiatives that promote peace and progress,” he stated.
