Okenyi Development Association Applauds Senator Jibrin Isah’s Commitment to Education

Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho has earned widespread respect for his dedication to serving the people of Kogi East. His leadership stands out for its focus on delivering results that improve lives and strengthen communities. He has consistently shown that true leadership is about actions that benefit the people, not empty words.

One of his recent initiatives, promoting education through the distribution of writing materials to schools across Kogi East, has drawn praises. Among the beneficiaries is the Community Secondary School, Okenyi, a gesture warmly appreciated by the Okenyi Development Association.

The association’s National President, Hon. Ibrahim Zakari Iyawo, described the senator’s gesture as a show of his commitment to keeping his promises. “Senator Echocho has shown that his words are his bond. We are grateful he considered the Okenyi community in Ankpa Local Government Area worthy of this benevolence,” he stated.

Hon. Hassan Haruna, a respected youth leader, also commended the senator, stating that the community had never experienced such a meaningful intervention. “This is first-of-its-kind to us in the Okenyi community, and we fully support Senator Echocho’s leadership. We trust in his ability to continue delivering for the people of Kogi East,” he said while passing a vote of confidence in the senator.

Senator Echocho is investing in the future of Kogi East by prioritizing education. Providing writing materials may seem simple, but it addresses a basic need that can transform the learning experience for students, particularly in rural communities.

After the solar light was brought to our community, we thought it was the last, but thank you Comr. Akor Martins for always showing us that Senator Echocho is a leader who truly cares for his people. Thank you to the people’s senator.

Kogi East is fortunate to have such a dedicated leader, and we look forward to seeing more from his purposeful leadership.

God bless the good people of Okenyi community.
