Olamaboro Appointees Rally Support for CVR Mobilization

Appointees of the Kogi State Government from Olamaboro Local Government Area have pledged their commitment to the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise following Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s directive for political office holders to return home and mobilize their people.

At a stakeholders’ engagement meeting held on Saturday, the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Monday Aridaojo Anyebe, who coordinated the gathering, emphasized the need for a united front to ensure maximum participation in the exercise. He noted that enrolling more eligible voters would further strengthen the democratic process and consolidate the support base of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area.

Hon. Anyebe hailed Governor Ododo’s open and inclusive style of governance, describing him as a leader who is passionate about giving every citizen a voice in the choice of their leaders. He assured that the people of Olamaboro remain steadfast in their support for the governor’s policies and developmental strides.

Other appointees present at the meeting commended the governor’s foresight in prioritizing grassroots mobilization and pledged to work closely with community leaders to make the CVR exercise easier and more accessible.

The appointees renewed thwir resolve to intensify awareness campaigns and ensure that every eligible voter in Olamaboro seizes the opportunity to register, thereby contributing to the strength and future of the APC in the state.
