PAAU Vice-Chancellor Felicitates Kogi Assembly Speaker, Umar Aliyu on Birthday »

The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has congratulated the Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Umar Aliyu Yusuf, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the university’s management, staff and students, the Vice-Chancellor described the Speaker as a visionary leader, an exceptional legislator and a committed advocate of peace, progress and development in Kogi State.

Prof. Usman noted that the Speaker had continued to distinguish himself as a man of wisdom, integrity and selfless service, whose dedication to good governance and legislative excellence had been evident in his leadership of the state assembly.

According to him, the Speaker’s leadership style has consistently inspired confidence among the people while promoting unity, stability and sustainable development across the state.

“Your leadership in the Kogi State House of Assembly has remained a shining example of courage, fairness and commitment to the welfare of the people. You have continued to support policies and initiatives that promote development, unity and prosperity in Kogi State,” the Vice-Chancellor stated.

He further commended the Speaker’s contributions to legislative advancement and democratic growth, describing him as a strong pillar of democracy whose efforts toward the stability, peace and advancement of the state remain highly commendable.

Prof. Usman also prayed that Almighty Allah would grant Rt. Hon. Umar Aliyu Yusuf wisdom, knowledge, good health and strength to continue to discharge his responsibilities with excellence.

The Vice-Chancellor concluded by wishing the Speaker a happy birthday and many more years of impactful service.
