Provost KSCOE[T] Mopa Felicitates with Deputy Governor on His Birthday
The Provost of Kogi State College of Education (Technical) Mopa, Dr. M.K. Ibrahim, has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Elder Joel Oyibo Salifu, on his birthday.
