Provost KSCOET Mopa Lauds Prince Olatunji Olusoji for Sponsoring 100 Student

The Provost of Kogi State College of Education Technical Mopa, Dr. M.K Ibrahim, has expressed profound gratitude to Asiwaju, Prince Olatunji Olusoji for granting full scholarship to 100 prospective students to be enrolled in the College for the forthcoming academic session. The scholarship will cover tuition and accommodation for the 3-year duration of their programmes in the College.
Dr. M.K Ibrahim, in a company of the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones FCIB, alongside his Management, paid a private visit to Prince Olatunji Olusoji. During the visit, the Provost made a passionate appeal to the philanthropist to support the College by instituting an educational endowment for scholarships and construction of a College Clinic.
The Commissioner Hon. Wemi Jones commended Prince Olusoji for his philanthropic gestures across the state, which has not gone unnoticed. While reiterating government’s commitment to the rapid development of the College he appealed to him to partner with the institution.
In his response, Prince Olatunji Olusuji approved and instantly released funds to cover the full scholarship of one hundred students to be enrolled in the College for the forthcoming academic session. He promised to send a team to engage the College further on the request concerning the Clinic.
Highlight of the event was the decoration of the Philanthropist by the Provost and Hon. Commissioner as a Friend & Partner of the College.
