The Rector, Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin has warmly congratulated the newly appointed, Deputy National publicity secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Yahaya Ismail following his emergence at the NEC meeting of the party held on Thursday.

The Rector in a congratulatory message conveyed in a Press release signed on Friday expressed the confidence in the capacity of the APC’s Deputy National Publicity secretary to perform and represent the confluence state proudly.

The Rector added that the new APC National Executive member was deserving of such elevation owing to his political dexterity and outright loyalty which he has displayed to the New Direction Government and the party in Kogi state. He added that Hon. Ismail is a renowned grass root politician who is very much in touch with his people hence he is a perfect fit for the role.

The Rector used the medium to appreciate Gov. Yahaya Bello for giving the opportunity for another Okun to occupy such a strategic political position noting that aside from being detribalise, governor Bello has an inkling for recognising talents and deploying them most appropriately for maximal performance which he noted is one of the remarkable qualities that sets him asides as an excellent leader.

While noting that the APC’S Deputy publicity secretary just like other offices he has occupied would surely display strength of character, loyalty, commitment and humility, the Rector mentioned that he cannot wait to begin to hear pleasant reports and commendation about the new Party leader as he takes up his new role as a party man at the center stage.

The Rector however prayed for God’s guidance, protection and wisdom for Hon. Ismail while urged him to continue on the path of honour and remain connected to the people of the state and those at the grass root.
