Rising Kogi People Honours Idris Hussein As Kogi Most Supportive Personality »

In a celebration of digital influence and impactful online presence, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Crush Cafe, Gwarimpa, Abuja, Hon. Idris Hussein, has been honored with the esteemed title of “Kogi Most Supportive Personality” at the Kogi Social Media Awards held on February 3, 2024.

The prestigious event, organized by the Rising Kogi People, took place at Majesty International College situated in Lokongoma Phase 1, Lokoja, the capital of Kogi State.

Hon. Idris was invited as a Special Guest and received the award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Kogi Social Media space.

The invitation to Idris was extended through a formal Letter of Invitation/Nomination for Award dated January 28, 2024. The letter highlighted his recent victory in an online poll conducted on the official Kogi Social Media Awards website (www.ksma.com.ng), where he emerged as the winner in the category of “Kogi Most Supportive.”

The letter acknowledged Mr. Hussein’s consistent online presence and significant impacts created through the Kogi Social Media space over the years. The Kogi Social Media Awards platform, both on Facebook and its official website, boasts substantial reach with over 35,000 followers on Facebook and the potential to reach over 5 million audiences through various online engagements.

Dansofo Usman Jr., the Convener of Kogi Social Media Awards and founder Rising Kogi People, expressed gratitude for Idris’ positive influence and congratulated him on the well-deserved recognition.

The award ceremony witnessed the presentation of the “Award of Excellence” to Idris, recognizing his commitment to consistently making a difference in the online community.

Although Idris could notpersonally attend the event, he was represented by Dr. Ugbedeojo Nelson and Levels Pumping, who accepted the award on his behalf.

In his acknowledgment, Idrisima, as he is popularly known, extended gratitude to the organizers and the people of Kogi for their votes and recognition of his impact. He emphasized that the award would serve as motivation to further contribute to the betterment of society.
