SSA on Student Affairs, Comrade Isah Emmanuel Ojodunwene, Celebrates Alhaji Yahaya Bello at 50
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State on Student Affairs, Comrade Isah Emmanuel Ojodunwene, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.
In a statement personally signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, Comrade Ojodunwene popularly known as Mario described the former governor as a “trailblazer, youth mentor, and patriotic leader whose legacy continues to inspire millions of young Nigerians.”
He noted that Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s milestone birthday offers an opportunity to reflect on a life devoted to service, courage, and transformation, particularly in the area of youth and student empowerment.
“Your Excellency, at 50, you remain a shining example of bold leadership and strong commitment to the progress of Kogi State and Nigeria at large. Your administration redefined governance and opened unprecedented doors of opportunity for the youth and students across the state,” the SSA stated.
Comrade Mario, who is known for his vibrant advocacy for student welfare and engagement, emphasized that the former governor’s contributions to education, security, and youth inclusion during his time in office laid the foundation for a more inclusive and dynamic Kogi State.
“You championed education reforms, appointed young people into strategic positions, and ensured that students had a voice in your administration. These bold steps is being consolidated by the current administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and deeply appreciated by the student community,” he added.
While wishing the former governor more years of good health and divine direction, the SSA affirmed that the legacy of Yahaya Bello will continue to resonate, especially among those who benefitted directly from his student-friendly policies.
“On behalf of the student community in Kogi State and across Nigeria, I wish you a glorious 50th birthday filled with joy, peace, and renewed strength for greater national contributions,” he concluded.
