I congratulate His Excellency, the Chief Servant of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the completion of two years in office.

Your Excellency has shown clear commitment to consolidating on the achievements of your predecessor by sustaining the New Direction blueprint and maintaining the pace of development across the state. This continuity of purpose has strengthened public confidence and ensured that governance remains focused on results rather than rhetoric.

I commend your leadership for placing strong emphasis on good governance, accountability, and transparency. These principles are evident in the conduct of public affairs and in the renewed discipline within state institutions. As a result, Kogi State is firmly on a path of steady transformation, with every sector receiving deliberate and balanced attention.

Of particular note is your approach to youth engagement. Young people across Kogi State are increasingly involved in productive and lawful activities, leading to a clear reduction in crime and social vices, including internet-related fraud. This progress demonstrates your administration’s intentional investment in youth empowerment, skills development, and inclusion in the economic life of the state.

Congratulations, Your Excellency, on this two-year anniversary. Kogi State remains prepared to move forward with your leadership as you continue to serve the people with focus and responsibility through 2032.
