Zacharias Congratulates Gov Ododo On Appeal Court Victory
The representing Idah Federal Constituency who’s also the House Chairman committee on FCT Judiciary Rt. Hon. David Idris Zacharias, has congratulated Kogi State governor, Usman Ododo, on his legal victory at the Court of Appeal.
The Appeal Court, sitting in Abuja, today affirmed the election of Ododo of the All Progressive Congress (APC) as the governor of Kogi State.
The Appellate Court, in its unanimous decision, resolved all the issues against the appellant, Muritala Ajaka, of the Social Democratic Party.
The member in a congratulatory message, described the victory as a testament to the resounding mandate that the people of Kogi State have bestowed upon him to be their governor.
The lawmaker said Governor Ododo’s vision, integrity, and passion for the wellbeing of the people will undoubtedly guide him in making impactful decisions and implementing positive changes.
The statement read, “On behalf of myself and the good people Idah Federal Constituency, I extend our heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Gov. Usman Ododo, on his today victory at the appeal court. This triumph in the litigation challenging his victory at the polls is a testament to the resounding mandate that the people of Kogi State have bestowed upon him to be their governor.
