Zonal Security Adviser, Ahmed Mohammed Meets Olamaboro Security Heads, Urges Synergy
The Zonal Security Adviser to Kogi State Governor for Ankpa Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammad, has called on security operatives in Olamaboro Local Government Area to forge a formidable front in tackling insecurity in the area. The Security Adviser made this call at a meeting with security heads in Okpo on Thursday, marking a significant step in strengthening security efforts in the area.
Notably, this meeting had the active involvement of the Olamaboro Chairman, Comr. Ameh Williams, demonstrating a united front in addressing local security concerns.
In his address, Hon. Mohammad commended the security personnel and the chairman, for their diligence and for their role in ensuring peace and stability.
He stressed the state government’s continued commitment to supporting security operations, affirming that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo remains steadfast in his resolve to prioritize the safety of all citizens.
He urged the security heads to remain vigilant and proactive, assuring them of the government’s support in their mission. The Zonal Security Adviser reiterated that the fight for peace and security requires collective responsibility, expressing confidence that with their dedication and collaboration, Olamaboro will remain a safe haven for its residents.
On his part, the Chairman of Olamaboro local government area, Comr. Ameh Williams, assured the zonal advisor that they would work hand-in-hand to reduce insecurity to its lowest level as he noted that “Olamaboro isn’t a place for criminals and lawbreakers”. He also appreciated the efforts of the state government, and pledged not to let his people down.
In their separate remarks, heads of security agencies in the meeting commended the Adviser for his display of commitment to service. They assured of continuous collaboration to effectively tackle insecurity and maintain peace in the area.
