2023: Apeh, Williams, Thankgod, Atule hold strategic meeting with Ibaji appointees
Ahead of the 2023 general election, the Kogi state Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. David Apeh, Ibaji local government Chairman, Williams Iko’Ojo, Hon. Thankgod and Hon. Atule met with key Ibaji local government appointees to discuss strategies aimed at achieving maximum votes in the election. They charged all political appointees to be %100 loyal to new direction government, work for the success of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates.
They equally charged the political appointees to ensure that they strategize and mobilize the voters in their various communities for all APC candidates before the official announcement of local government campaign committees.
The Hon. Commissioner of Agriculture, David Apeh, said the election is very near and the stakeholders of the various wards are expected to be proactive.
He said, ‘’We must work hard and be very proactive and to sensitize our people on the need to vote our candidates.
The executive chairman of Ibaji local government, Hon. Williams Iko-ojo preach unity and love, urges party faithful to come together as one family and and working together for the progress of the party and the local government.
He said, We all know that the journey of Ibaji APC in the last few years has been a bit difficult with divergent interests but here we are standing together again, ready to carry on and change the narratives of our zone.
