2023: Time to Gear up Progressive Representation in Ajaokuta

With just few weeks until the Primary Elections, some of the top aspirants and ‘software’ aspirants as the case seem, are starting to scuffle. Not Jibril Abu – WisdomBank.
The All Progressives Congress has a golden fish swimming in the warmth of the love and affection of his people. Those who have eyes on what is good and comely say they only have one target: that one rich in Wisdom, one who houses the same in a Bank for consistent and continuous use. Many call him WisdomBank.
On one of such occasions I visited him whilst soliciting support for the payment of school fees of some persons, i had lengthy minutes of discussions with WisdomBank. In his characteristic nature, his talks were laced and all connected to education, Socio-economic empowerment of our people and health related rollout while also making his case — delicately and without naming any names — why such a person would make the best for the race and seat – anyone with vision, zeal and truthfulness to making these happen.
My focus is entirely on…Jibril Abu (WisdomBank).
Abu doesn’t bite when given an opportunity to critique his fellow Progressives. Same as he does not think it’s productive to draw contrasts with anyone he will replace soon.
Time and chance happens to them all.
This is his time.
This is his Chance.
This is our own.
Here is our mandate.
Legislative duties and representation under Jibril Abu will take a different approach.
It will spell an abrupt end to unwholesome unwillingness to serve the people and their positive interests. Indeed, we need a paradigmatic shift.
With him, he knows where the power resides and how to use it constructively, without abusing power holders.
If there’s one thing that distinguishes Jibril Abu from any rival within and soon to be outside, it’s his resume. Unlike others, who proudly describe themselves as shifty, coarse, builders of malfeasant, touts and whose career experience can not March the experience to draw home support, investments and educational prowess, here is a man whose experience comes from local politics, born by parents who know and roll with natives and who was raised by parents that have sacrificially served in the state constituency through several opportunities. Results show for it.
The roadmap to a better Ajaokuta has been dutifully and religiously followed by this young mind. It is a rare privilege to make bold that it is time to step into the next level of progressive representationi that must come with evident results.
With Jibril Abu (WisdomBank), it’s the entrance of brighter light in all ramification.
