Eid-El-Fitr: Rashida Bello Felicitates With Muslim Faithfuls »

The First Lady and wife of the Executive Governor of kogi State, Mrs Rashida Bello has extended warm felicitations to the entire Muslim ummah on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-fitr celebration.

In a special Sallah message signed by Her Senior Special Assistant Mr Victor Okee, the kogi State First lady expressed immense gratitude to God especially as this year’s festival coincides with her birth anniversary.

“As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a successful end, may all our prayers and supplication be accepted as an act of Ibadah and may it purify our souls and bring us prosperity, comfort, peace and closeness to Allah”. She says

According to the statement, Mrs Bello Stressed the need for Muslim faithfuls across the Nation to always imbibe the virtues of perseverance, religious tolerance and good neighbourlines which she describes as the hallmark of Islam.

The wife of the Kogi State Governor then enjoined citizens to pray fervently for the sustainance of the prevailing peace and progress being witnessed across the state.

On the 2023 Presidential election, Mrs Bello appealed for support and prayers from Nigerians towards the ambition of her husband noting that Governor Yahaya Bello possesses the charisma and political will to rekindle the Hope of Nigerians and to restore the Nation to the path of glory.

” May the joy, peace and blessings of the holy month continue to abide in our lives. I wish you all a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-fitr celebration ” She concludes.
