Asuku Women Political Network 4 Ododo/OYIBO Empowers Women in Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency
Ahead of the forthcoming November Governorship election in Kogi State, the Asuku Women Political Network 4 Ododo/OYIBO has empowered thousands of women across Lokoja Kogi Federal Constituency.
The empowerment took place at a Ward to Ward Town Hall Meeting held at Lokoja Town Hall, said the APC Candidate is committed to making women, cornerstone of his administration.
At the flag off of the Asuku Women Political Network 4 Ododo/OYIBO with the slogan; Tell one to tell ten, for Lokoja Kogi Federal Constituency, assured of an overwhelming victory for the APC candidate in the coming election.
Hajiya Fatima Abdulkarim Allah-Dey, Special Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello on stakeholders relation 2 and doubles as President Asuku Women Political Network 4 Ododo/OYIBO, assured that women would be the bedrock of Alhaji Usman Ododo’s administration in terms of improved quality of life.
While the President assured that Ododo/OYIBO are Coming to consolidate on the gains made by women under the administration of Gov. Bello, desclosed that APC remains the best option for the State.
Hon. Ife Comfort Vice Chairperson Lokoja LGA and Coordinator Lokoja Kogi Federal Constituency Network for Ododo/OYIBO said the women of Lokoja are resolved to vote massively for the APC in the forthcoming November Governorship election.
Also speaking, the APC woman leader for Lokoja LGA for the Network, Hajia Saratu Mohammed ( Gana), assured that all women in the area will be carried along in the scheme of things when the duo of Ododo/Oyibo are elected.
Similarly, Mrs Sophia Ozoza Araga, Ward A Coordinator urged the woman to go to the grassroots and lobby more voters, explaining that APC remains the best option for the women of Ward A.
Highlights of the event was the presentation of customized wrappers and cash to the beneficiaries.
