Joint Action Union Present Award To Lokoja APC Chairmanship Candidate, Others »

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship Candidate of Lokoja Local Government Area, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu was today presented with an award by the National Union of Lokoja Government Employees (NULGE), Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (M&HWUN), Lokoja Local Government Chapter.

The former Caretaker Chairman according to the Union was found worthy of the award by the Joint Action Union’s award in recognition of his “uncommon leadership and being workers friendly”.

Several Union leaders both from thr State and Local Government level who spoke at the event eulogized Comrade Abdullahi Adamu citing his transparent and sincere disposition, and most importantly his genuine commitment to the welfare of Lokoja local government workers while serving as the Caretaker Chairman.
They assured the Chairmanship Candidate of the Union’s support ahead of the Council Elections on October, 19th, 2024

While thanking the organizers for honors, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu assured the workers of his continuous commitment to the development of our local government and the welfare of the Lokoja Local Government Workers.

Other recipients include the Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources, Engr Farouk Yahaya Muhammed Danladi; Director of Local Administration (DLG), Mall. Aliyu Musa Omuwa and Head of Department, Education, Mrs. Sefiya O. Abubakar.
