Kogi NYCN Appreciates Youth Commissioner for Hosting Dinner for State Executives, LGA Coordinators

The Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State chapter, Comrade Abdulrahman Abdulmumuni Enesi, has expressed profound appreciation to the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Monday Aridaojo Anyebe, for hosting a dinner in honour of the state executives and local government area coordinators of the council.
The event, held at the Youth House in Lokoja, brought together youth leaders, political appointees, and stakeholders, including the Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area. The dinner was organised by the Commissioner as part of efforts to celebrate the new NYCN leadership and strengthen partnerships for youth development in the state.
Comrade Enesi described the gesture as first of its kind and a demonstration of the Commissioner’s genuine commitment to youth welfare and unity across the state. He noted that the gathering provided a platform for interaction, solidarity, and renewed dedication to youth-focused initiatives.
“We are deeply grateful to the Honourable Commissioner for his thoughtfulness and support for the youth constituency. This dinner has further deepened our resolve to work together for the progress of Kogi youth,” Enesi said.
The NYCN chairman also assured that the council would continue to work hand-in-hand with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development to support the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in delivering impactful programmes for young people in the state.
