Kogi Poly SUG, Alumni Association to Host Students Development Summit, Fundraising
The Students’ Union Government (SUG), Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, in collaboration with the Kogi State Polytechnic Alumni Association, has announced plans to host the Kogi State Polytechnic Student Development Summit & Fundraising 2026, scheduled to hold on Monday, 9th February, 2026.
The summit is designed as a strategic platform to promote student development, strengthen alumni–student engagement, and mobilize resources toward sustainable student-focused projects within the institution.
According to the SUG President, Comr. Abdulmalik Abdulwahab, the initiative reflects a shared commitment between the student leadership and the alumni body to invest in the future of students through mentorship, leadership development, and institutional support.
The program will bring together distinguished alumni, corporate organizations, financial institutions, government agencies, development partners, media organizations, and students to deliberate on pathways for sustainable student development.
The Students’ Union Government and the Alumni Association have commenced engagement with relevant stakeholders and invite alumni, corporate bodies, and partners to support and participate in the summit.
