Amb. Bridget Awele Ezeh-David Appointed State Director for Girls and Women Speak FCT

Amb. Bridget Awele Ezeh-David, has been officially appointed and inaugurated as State Director for the FCT Chapter of the Girls and Women Speak Ambassadors Initiative, under the Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network (PAAN).

Speaking at the event, the Founder and President of PAAN, Ambassador Kingsley Onuche reiterated the organization’s mandate of mobilizing individuals, institutions, and communities to serve as ambassadors of peace and social development.

The prestigious appointment, certified at PAAN headquarters in Abuja recognizes Ezeh-David’s unrelenting commitment to amplifying the voices, leadership, and empowerment of girls and women. It positions her at the forefront of efforts to foster inclusive participation, peacebuilding, and sustainable development across communities in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory and beyond.

In her new role, Ezeh-David will spearhead initiatives aligned with the vision of the Girls and Women Speak Initiative. This includes driving progress toward the ambitious 30 Million Girls and Women in Parliament Movement, a global campaign aimed at boosting female representation in governance.

PAAN, a leading advocacy network, praised Ezeh-David’s expertise and dedication during the inauguration ceremony. “This appointment underscores our trust in her ability to champion transformative change,” a PAAN spokesperson stated, highlighting her Master’s-level qualifications and proven track record in peace advocacy.
