KSCOET Mopa Provost Celebrates Chief Clarence Olefemi at Birthday
The Provost of Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, Prof. Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, has felicitated with the Balogun of Mopa Land, Chief Clarence Olefemi, on the occasion of his birthday.
Prof. Ibrahim, in a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff, and Students of the College, described Chief Olefemi as a distinguished statesman, accomplished administrator, and respected traditional title holder whose contributions to the development of Kogi State and Mopa Land have remained remarkable.
The Provost acknowledged the invaluable role played by the former Kogi State Governor in the process that culminated in the establishment of the Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, noting that his contribution to the institution’s emergence remains highly appreciated.
He also commended Chief Olefemi for his continued interest in the affairs of the College, as well as his guidance and unwavering support towards its growth and development over the years.
According to Prof. Ibrahim, Chief Olefemi’s leadership extends beyond his contributions to education and governance, as he has, in his capacity as the Balogun of Mopa Land, continued to provide exemplary leadership and contribute meaningfully to the peace, unity, and progress of the community.
The Provost, while celebrating the former governor’s milestone, prayed that Almighty God would grant him many more years of good health, wisdom, strength, and fulfilment as he continues to contribute to the development of Mopa Land, Kogi State, and Nigeria.
Prof. Ibrahim further wished Chief Clarence Olefemi a joyful birthday celebration and many more years of impactful leadership and selfless service.
