KSCOET Mopa Celebrates Elulu of Mopa, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, on Birthday
The Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, has celebrated the Elulu of Mopa and Chairman of the Mopa-Amuro Area Traditional Council, Oba Dr. Muyiwa Ibeun, on the occasion of his birthday.
The Provost of the institution, Prof. M.K. Ibrahim, conveyed the congratulatory message on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, staff and students of the college.
Prof. Ibrahim described the traditional ruler’s leadership as exemplary, noting his commitment to the peace, unity and development of Mopa and its environs.
The Provost also commended Oba Ibeun for his support and encouragement towards the college, particularly his contributions to the growth and development of the institution.
According to him, the monarch’s support and cooperation have helped strengthen the relationship between the college and the traditional institution, while contributing to an environment conducive to the pursuit of the college’s educational and developmental objectives.

Prof. Ibrahim said the institution values the monarch’s goodwill and fatherly support, adding that his partnership has remained important to the college.
He wished Oba Ibeun good health, long life, wisdom, peace and continued prosperity as he marks another year.
The Provost further expressed the hope that God would continue to grant the Elulu of Mopa the strength and wisdom to lead his people and contribute to the development of Mopa and Kogi State.
