Bello Celebrates Shettima at 60, Hails VP’s Loyalty, Patriotism
Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has described Vice President Kashim Shettima as an epitome of loyalty, patriotism and good governance, commending his contributions to Nigeria’s development.
In a goodwill message to Senator Shettima on his 60th birthday, Bello described the Vice President as one of the key pillars and drivers of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, noting his commitment to the progress and development of the country.
Bello said Shettima’s wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors has prepared him for the responsibilities of national leadership. He noted that from his years as a quintessential banker, where he distinguished himself in corporate governance and financial management, to his service as Governor of Borno State, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and now Vice President, Shettima has consistently demonstrated capacity, courage and commitment to public service.
He said Shettima’s leadership has been guided by the fear of Allah, humanity and a strong sense of responsibility, adding that his contributions to governance and nation-building have left an indelible mark.
Bello also commended the Vice President for his loyalty to President Tinubu and dedication to the success of the Renewed Hope administration, describing him as a dependable partner in the task of building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
