Babayemi Vanguard Support Group Congratulates Ododo on Swearing In As Kogi Governor, Hails Former Governor Bello »

The frontline support group for Ododo/Joel ’23, Babayemi Vanguard Support Group has congratulated His Excellency, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman; as he takes oat of office today as the fifth Executive Governor of Kogi State.

The group believes that the administration of H.E. Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman will usher into Kogi State more development and sustainable growth; as he consolidates on the achievements of his predecessor to bring to manifestation the aspirations and yearnings of Kogites. As we have witnessed for the past eight years, how His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello was able to change the narrative of governance, development, and even ethnic barriers, the group is confident in the capability of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman to do even more.

The Convener of Babayemi Vanguard Support Group and hardened supporter of His Excellency, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi in his Congratulatory message made available to the Press, congratulated Kogites home and abroad, said it is a new dawn in Kogi State. He also encouraged everyone to work and believe in the new administration, as they begin to work tirelessly to bring about dividends of democracy to all.

While he prayed for a successful and fulfilling tenure, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi also admonished the Executive Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and his Deputy, His Excellency, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, to continue leaving up to expectations of the people, as they has demonstrated before coming into power.

In conclusion, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi salutes His Excellency, Former Governor Yahaya Bello, for his determined leadership roles while in office as Governor, and thanked him for repositioning Kogi State on the right track for growth and development; described him as the ‘Architect of a modern Kogi State.’ While assuring him that Kogi is in safe hands, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi wishes the former Governor the very best in his future endeavors.
