APC Convention: Hon. Jibril Abu Congratulates Gov. Bello on his appointment as Chairman, Security, Special Engagement
The Director General Protocol to the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Mr Jibril Abu alias WisdomBank, has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello on his appointment by the All Progressives Congress Convention Organizing Committee Chairman on Security & Special Engagement.
WisdomBank felicitated with the Chairman in a statement he personally signed and made available to Newsmen on Tuesday in Lokoja, by his Aide, Mallam Yusuf Siyaka.
He said the appointment is expected to bring security innovation and Special engagements geared towards a New Direction for the APC as a Party, adding that as a serving Governor of the safest State in Nigeria, he will in no small measure bring his wealth of experience to bare.
He commended the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Bello on the giant achievements recorded so far to stem insecurity in Kogi State since his assumption of office which has transformed the State rapidly and how well he has attended to the needs of the people despite the meagre resources the State is forced to survive with.
It would be recalled that H/E Alhaji Yahaya Bello was made the APC National Convention, 2018, Security Sub-Committee Chairman. That convention served as the Party’s first ever National Convention, and it was held in Abuja.
“I am express optimism that Bello will bring dynamism to reposition the Party for the greater good of not just the Party but by extension, the Country. I can bet that the robust security arrangement & architecture needed for a successful engagement in the forthcoming event will not be lacking. It was evident to the blind and audible to the deaf how and what he did in making the first convention not go the way of other Parties’.
Mr WisdomBank concluded by praying for the Governor to succeed in the task before him so as to justify the confidence reposed in him by the Party. He also wished other Committee Chairmen and members well.
