BIRTHDAY: CEDO Lends A Hand To The Sick »

The Deputy Governor of Kogi State Chief Dr. Edward David Onoja and his well-wishers took the 47th birthday celebration in a grand style on the 9th of this month, as they went to various hospitals in the 21 local governments areas of Kogi State to show gratitude to God and reach to people in need.

Regardless of the heavy down pour, the team arrived at Kabba and Ijumu Local Government Areas where they visited Kabba Specialist Hospital and Comprehensive Health Centre Iyara respectively .

Part of the persons who received the team was the Obaro of Kabba, His Royal Majesty Solomon Owonini ( Oweyade1) and his Chiefs.

The team was led by Hon Benjamin Jide Atomode , SSA to the Governor , Government House Chapel Administration. They prayed with the sick and gave out cash and other gifts. The hospital patients expressed their outmost gratitude and offered prayers for the celebrant who they described as a man with the heart of God to have remembered the sick and needy in his time of celebration.
