Birthday: Hon. Ali Bello Felicitates with Alhaji Yahaya Bello, Describes Him as True Definition of Hero »

The Chief of Staff to the Kogi State Governor, Hon. Ali Bello has warmly felicitated with the immediate past governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello of the occasion of his 49th birthday anniversary describing him as the true definition of a Hero.

In a press statement on Tuesday, the Chief of Staff expressed gratitude to God for the life of Alhaji Yahaya Bello adding that his role in his life and that of many others is just like a father who has tremendously and persistently invested and impacted on his growth and evolution.

He mentioned that Alhaji Yahaya Bello nurtured several potentials in him and ensured that he emerged properly groomed for life’s endeavour hence he is a significant father figure, role model, leader and mentor. He noted that under his wings and guidance he has learned the ideals of good leadership and people oriented public service.

Hon. Ali Bello asserted that the celebrant, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who remained focused during his sterling eighth years of leadership at the helms of affairs of Kogi state went on to place the confluence state on the path of progress, peace and development thereby delivering an era of a new Kogi state and setting out a template for the current government of Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo to consolidate.

The Chief of staff remarked that Alhaji Yahaya Bello made an indelible mark in the annals of history of Kogi state and through his passionate leadership and foresight, core areas of development had significant improvement. He added that his bold and fearless approach to leadership led to the many victories of Kogi state against insecurity, ethnic divisions, religious discrepancies, political instability and several others.

He alluded that Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s compassionate disposition to life, humane character, charitable gestures, love for all, kindness, displeasure to the mistreatment of the down trodden and less privileged and several attributes has rightfully earned him the position of a political leader of the Kogi state and has carved his names into the hearts of many.

Hon. Bello mentioned that such an occasion was a time good to celebrate the heroics of the immediate past governor and honour his dedication to serving humanity, Kogi state and building many young leaders who have emerged and have now taken up the mantle of leadership.

The CoS prayed for God to continue to grant Alhaji Yahaya Bello long life, good health and greater grace as he continues on his path towards greatness and sojourns in his endeavours to further contribute to the growth and development of our dear state and nation. He also prayed for God to continue to grant him wisdom and guidance as he chooses to sustain his lifestyle of impact.
