Comr. Osiako congratulates newly elected Kogi NYCN Chairman, Jeremiah
The former Acting Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State chapter, Comrade Osiako Sunday has congratulated Comrade Benjamin Jeremiah for his emergence as new Kogi State NYCN Chairman in the just concluded bye-election.
The congratulatory message is contained in a statement in Lokoja on Saturday by Osiako.
Comr. Osiako who expressed confidence in the courage and charismatic leadership traits of the new chairman, stressed that he is capable of steering the affairs of the council to greater heights. He also hailed the emergence of a new Vice Chairman (East), and Programs Officer respectively.
Osiako thanked members of the state executive for their support during the period of his leadership and urged continuous unity and support for the New chairman.
He expressed satisfaction with the maturity exhibited by member and stakeholders of council before, during, and after the election, a scenario that indicated a strong unity in diversity of the council, and hoped that the tempo would be maintained.
