Eid-El-Fitr: Imbibe Doctrines of Ramadan At All Times – Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi Admonished Muslims

Ramadan is known as a holy and blessed month of fasting, worship, service, communal gathering, and spiritual development. And fasting in Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam.

Observing the Ramadan goes a long way in curbing social vices and encourages the aged and youths in praiseworthy patriotic acts. Having a reasonable percentage of of our population as a country, continue in this line, would not only transform us as a nation, but makes us an envy to other nations.

Islam as a religion of peace and harmony, should be preached with love at all times. And we as a people, needs the energy to live a more better and stable lifestyle.

Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi therefore admonish Muslim faithfuls to continue with the zeal of introspection, communal prayer (ṣalāt), reading of the Qurʾān, and prayers for our leaders and the country, even after the month of Ramadan.

On this blessed occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, may Almighty Allah’s blessings fill your life with joy, peace, and prosperity.
