Commemorating with Muslims across the country on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir, the Commissioner for Youth Political Participation Pan-African Youth Union (PYU), Amb. Oladele John Nihi has stressed the need for Muslim fatefulls to reflect the teachings of the Holy Prophets as documented in the Holy Quran.

Noting that Islam being a religion of peace, the Youth Commissioner hammered the need for Muslims to rise and be pioneers to engineer peace and stability back to the country, by joining hands warmly with other religions for Nigeria to redeem her lost glory.

“Without mincing words, Islam being a religion of peace has saddled Muslims across the country a huge responsibility in restoring peace and stability back to Nigeria. Asides reaching out to the less privileged, this should be the teachings of Imams and Alfas as we celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

“So I’m urging all Muslim Fatefulls to be a true ambassador of the Holy Prophets as documented in the Holy Quran. I wish everyone a happy Eid-El-Kabir celebration” Amb. Nihi admonished.

Borrowing a quote from Anonymous: “Remember, that a heart at peace feeds well in little than a troubled heart swimming in surplus” as we reach out to the needy, let us not forget to preach peace across the board.
