Gov. Bello pays congratulatory visit to VP Elect, Shettima »

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello on Friday paid a congratulatory courtesy visit to the Vice President-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima at his residence in Asokoro, Abuja.

This was contained in a Press release Signed by Onogwu Muhammed the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.

Governor Bello who served as the National Youth Coordinator of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council visited the Vice President-elect to congratulate him over the party’s victory in the just concluded Presidential election where Senator Shettima emerged as Vice President-elect.

Governor Bello expressed his belief that Senator Shettima would provide the support for President-elect and also expressed the optimism that Asiwaju/Shettima would confront with renewed vigour the most urgent problems facing the country in formulating policies that would improve security and the living standard of all Nigerians.

Before moving into a closed-door session, Governor Yahaya Bello prayed to the Almighty to guide and protect the Vice President and President-elect in the task ahead.
