Gov. Bello’s Former Aide Donates Money, Baby pack kits, Promises Monthly Token for Abandoned Baby At Abobo

The former SSA to Gov. Yahaya Bello on elderly matters, Hon. Ohida Omeiza Farouk visited the foster parents of the abandoned baby girl in Abobo. He was part of the entourage of the newly sworn in Secretary of Okehi Local Government, Hon. Matthew James to visit the foster family on behalf of the local government chairman. During the visit, He made a promise to donate baby clothes and monthly upkeep. he fulfilled the promise earlier this morning when he visited the foster family in company of his team.

Farouk said he extended this philanthropic gesture in memory of our later mother, Hajiya Hauwa Bello. He advised against the barbaric act of dumping babies on the road because the parent cannot cater for the child urging people to refrain from such behavior as it connotes irresponsibility.

He encouraged anyone facing such a situation to reach out to relatives, community and political leaders for support.

He promised to sustain his philanthropic gesture towards humanity in order to keep the memory of our late mother Hajiya Hauwa Bello.

Lastly, he commended the leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) his Excellency, Gov. Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his purposeful leadership. He congratulated him for a successful rounding up of his tenure and thanked him for leaving Kogi state better than he met it.
