Gov Bello's security aide for Ofu, Hon Ibrahim Amodu distributes hand sanitizers to constituents to combat covid19 »

The Senior Special Assistant to the Kogi State Governor on Security for Ofu Local Government Area, Hon Ibrahim Amodu has distributed hand sanitizers amid enlightenment on the people of the the LGA as part of efforts to combat the deadly Coronavirus in the locality.

He made the distribution and enlightenment on Thursday at the Local Government Secretariat and other parts of Ofu.

The SSA said the decision to make the distribution and carry out the enlightenment was as a result of the commitment of government to ensure information about the virus got to people at the grassroots.

He said the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello places high premium on the lives of the people irrespective of their location, saying that the government is ready to protect lives and property of citizens.

He received overall commendation from the people of the area who described him as a man that cares for the welfare of the common man among them.
