Gov Bello’s students’ aide lauds APC for appointment as Chair of sensitisation and mobilisation
The Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on Students Matters, Comrade Isah Onimisi Babangida has applauded the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for appointing Governor Yahaya Bello as chairman, Sensitisation and Mobilisation Committee in the forthcoming revalidation and Registration Exercise scheduled to take place across the country.
Comrade Babangida stated this on Tuesday shortly after the appointment was made public.
The aide, who was full praise for the decision of the party, stated that APC at the highest level was beginning to realise the important roles Governor Bello has continued to play to position it for future elections.
According to him, the country needs someone in the mould of the Governor to begin to call shots for things to go right, adding that what he has done in Kogi State to turn around the fortunes of citizens were unprecedented.
He expressed assurances that the Governor would justify the confidence reposed in him by ensuring he performed beyond the party’s expectations.
According to the aide, the Governor is a goal getter and would go extra miles to ensure he mobilised Nigerian from all parts of the country to register and become members of the ruling party so as to position it better for the future.
