Governor Bello’s antecedents qualify him to lead Nigeria

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Dr. Edward Onoja has reiterated that his principal’s antecedents in the areas of security and unity qualify him for the number one seat of the country come 2023

He made this known on Monday during the inauguration of the Chief Edward David Onoja for GYB2PYB state executives.

The Deputy Governor noted the goal was that Nigeria gets a leadership that could drive the ship which the youths and a much younger generation would be largely involved.

He stated that many people have looked around among the numerous stakeholders and had come to identify Governor Bello as one among the many possibilities to sail the ship of the nation based on what they have experienced from close quarters.

The Deputy Governor noted that Issues of concern which was on the lips of everyone across all divides was the issue of insecurity and many across party lines agreed that he has performed excellently in this regards.

Dr. Onoja said one of the root cause of insecurity was the lack of trust across various spheres which has breaded dis unity noting that with the way the Governor has unified Kogi State similar feat could be replicated at the national level.

He pointed out that Gov. Bello did not become a governor at 40years to retire at 48years reiterating that coming to Kogi was not the ultimate destination but a passage.

He admonished Members of the Project to walk the talk in line with an SUP Formula hinged on Security, Unity and Prosperity as exemplified by the Governor in Kogi, saying its uniqueness, asides raising consciousness through countdowns, lies majorly on effective communication, collaboration and networking with Nigerians to actualize the “Divine Project.”

In his remarks, State Coordinator of the Project, Comr. Yunusa Yunusa, said it is borne on the collection of like minds drawn across the country on the need to proffer quality leadership to Nigerians.
