Group begins campaign on why Bello should be re – elected in Kogi’s November guber

A group known as “G5 Initiative” drawn from the five local governments areas of Kogi Central Senatorial District has began its assignment on sensitising the people on the need to support the reelection bid of Governor Yahaya Bello.

The group which was constituted last week by Hon. Edward Onoja, the Director General Presidential Campaign Council in the last presidential election in the state is mandated with the sole responsibility of sensitising the good people of Kogi Central on the need to support the reelection of Governor Yahaya Bello in November.

The group’s first point of call as they commenced work was a visit to Okene Local Government Secretariat where they were received by the Council Administrator, Hon. Abdulrazak Muhammed and others.

The meeting which was aimed at reaching out to the various stakeholders in central to sustain their support for the Governor Yahaya Bello’s administration and his second term ambition enjoyed the goodwill of the people of Okene as citizens troop out in their numbers to listen to them.

The Chairman of the group, Hon. Momohjimoh Anda who had earlier intimated the citizens on the core mandate of team, called on the people not to renege in their support for Governor Bello in the coming governorship election in the state adding that his administration has been fair to all in the execution of projects and appointments.

Hon Anda urged the people to be at ease to pour out their minds as it relates to areas where they feel the could do better and give advice/recommendations.
