… Hammers on the importance of PVC collection

The Chief of Staff to the Kogi State Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Mohammed Jamiu Asuku Friday attended the endorsement of the candidacy of Alhaji Ahmed Ododo organized by the vicarious student body in Kogi State. The Chief of Staff was accompanied by the Honorable Commissioner for Water Resources, Hon. Abdulmumini Danga alongside other government officials.

Pharm. Asuku who spoke on behalf of his principal, Governor Yahaya Bello appreciated the various leaderships of the students bodies at the event for dimming it fit to support the APC candidate Alhaji Ahmed Ododo Usman. Pharm. Asuku who said the agenda Kogites are yearning for, is the Kogi agenda and not a sectional agenda from any quarter being perpetrated by enemies of the unity of Kogi State.

Pharm. Asuku further mentioned numerous archievments of the New Direction Administration under the leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello, noting that many policies of the government can only be sustained through continuity which Alhaji Ahmed Ododo Usman stands for.

He however reiterated the need for PVC collections, noting that every activity done so far without PVC possession by those in attendance will be efforts in futility.

He further hammerd on the importance of having a united kogi where tribe, religion and political affiliation shouldn’t be tools for division but avenues for peace, unity of purpose and tolerance.

In their remarks, the leaderships of NANS, NAKOSS, JCC among others all thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for his investment in educational which includes investment in infrastructures across the state, payments of WAEC and NECO for all students in kogi state, and for the recent approval of bursary to all Kogi State students across the country.
