Today, the Board and Staff members of Kogi State Youth Development Commission have absolute pleasure of wishing happy 50th birthday to a world-class leader, Dr Usman Salisu Ogbo the rector, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja.
Since your well-deserved appointment as Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja, the unimaginable rebirth of the institution was brought to limelight by your studiousness, astuteness, sincerity and passion for success.
To say the least, not looking away from the huge infrastructural rebirth of the Institution, you brought Cultism to its knees in the Kogi State Polytechnics. Drug intake and its abuse totally eliminated, reducing youth restiveness in the institution to the barest minimum ever recorded or seen in recent times.
These are the reasons why we do not refer to yours works as reforms but a total rebirth of the Institution.
The Youth Commission celebrates you at 50 of unparallel achievements and also congratulate you on this book launch.
