Hon. Adabenege pledges to donate sports equipments to Kogi NYCN, partners council on Ododo Campaign »

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi state, Hon. Adams Adabenege, has expressed commitment towards promoting youth activities in the state.

This was made known today when Hon. Adabenege paid a visit to the NYCN office (Youth House) in Lokoja.

After a tour round the youth house, Hon. Adabenege said the youth house has the potential of being a hub for youth activities. He affirmed that Kogi Youths are enterprising and creative, stressing his willingness to support the NYCN youth house with facilities to boost creative and recreational activities.

The chieftain who commended the NYCN under the leadership of the Acting Chairman, Comrade Osiako Sunday for their support for APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Ododo Usman, also promised to partner with the Youth Council to ensure maximum mobilization and sensitization across the state with the aim of delivering massive votes for Ododo at the November 11 poll.

Responding, the Acting Chairman of Kogi NYCN, Comrade Osiako Sunday appreciated the chieftain for visiting the youth house. He praised his decision to improve the standard of the youth house by equipping it with modern recreational facilities, adding that it would go a long way in making the place live up to its fullest potential.

Osiako said the NYCN is fully behind the candidate of the APC, Alhaji Ododo Usman because of his antecedents in youths empowerment, stressing that being a mentee of governor Yahaya Bello, the council is confident that he would build on the overall developmental strides of governor Yahaya Bello who is known to be the ambassador of youths in the country.

The NYCN Acting Chair expressed delight in partnering with the APC chieftain saying that it serves as a significant morale booster to the already hyped Kogi youths who are set to take up the “Kogi Agenda” campaign of the APC candidate, Alhaji Usman Ododo to the nooks and crannies of the state.
